Reilly brought the goods this week, sharing practical ways to improve cold outreach, make stronger offers, and generate real leads. Key takeaways:

  • Personalize and Simplify: Keep emails short, direct, and specific to the person you’re reaching. No fluff.

  • Dial in the Offer: A clear, irresistible offer that solves a pain point is key. Add guarantees or testimonials to make it a no-brainer.

  • Ask for Referrals: If you’re not asking happy clients for introductions, you’re leaving opportunities on the table.

  • Lemwarm: A tool to improve email deliverability.

  • Use Secondary Domains: Use them to protect your primary domain from being flagged during outreach.

2. Content That Works (and Doesn’t)
We also dug into blogs, SEO, and video content as ways to build credibility and leads.

  • Blogging: A long game that needs sharp keyword research and real alignment with your audience.

  • YouTube: An underrated platform for establishing authority. Pair blogs with videos for maximum reach.

  • AI Content: It’s useful for scaling, but it needs human editing to feel authentic. Nobody wants to read something that feels generic.

3. Scaling Your Service Business
A member shared his challenges in scaling his services beyond one-on-one work. Ideas that came up:

  • Run group coaching or webinars to serve more clients while maintaining impact.

  • Lean on your network (and your team!) to keep delivering value as you grow.

  • Be clear about what success looks like for you. Growth for growth’s sake won’t light you up—focus on what feels meaningful.
