The last Office Hours was one of those sessions where the fog started to lift, not just for one person, but for everyone listening in.

We challenged perfectionism, reframed overthinking, and reminded each other that momentum isn’t magic, it’s validation, action, and just enough courage to keep moving.

Office Hours isn’t a webinar. It’s where real breakthroughs happen — together.

The last Office Hours was a reminder that momentum doesn’t come from thinking, it comes from doing.

Here’s what surfaced:

🔥 Perfection is a delay tactic.
One member had two features ready to build, but couldn’t pull the trigger. The reason? Trying to “get it right” before taking the leap. The group helped reframe the trap of perfection:
👉 Work the plan, not your feelings.

🛠️ Validation before vision.
Instead of building in a vacuum, we explored ways to validate demand first. A simple Google Form. A small invite-only community. Action doesn’t always mean more effort — it means the right step at the right time.

🥧 Don’t be afraid to share the pie.
Fear of giving up control was slowing things down. The reminder?
👉 You haven’t baked the pie yet, you don’t even know if people want it.
Bringing others in might be the key to momentum, not the threat to it.
